Requirements
- Understand the planning of inbound / outbound shifts
- Have experience with Excel, Power BI or any visualization tool
- Have the ability to identify and communicate risks, technical problems, and opportunities for improvement
- Have the ability to track and report process performance through systemic / non-systemic tools
