Requirements

• Understand shift planning for Inbound / Outbound
• Have advanced experience with Excel/Gsheet
• Have the ability to identify and communicate risks, technical problems, and opportunities for improvement
• Have the ability to track and report process performance through systemic and non-systemic tools
• Be available to work night shifts
