We are looking for a Loss Prevention Analyst to join our team in Mercado Envíos, managing security and prevention in fulfillment-market shipments. As a team player, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performance teams, analyzing risks, and controlling personnel income/expense during shift changes.

Requirements

• Experience in managing security companies and personnel administration
• Knowledge in electronic security, physical security standards, and research development (desired)
• Available to work in rotating shifts
• Service orientation, excellence, and teamwork
• High analytical capacity, initiative, and flexibility in the face of changes
• Solid communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills
• Participative leadership with a focus on team development
