Requirements
- Professional degree in Security, Criminology, Administration, or military or security forces personnel
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- International certifications from ASIS, IAI, or similar
- Experience in personnel management, crisis management, and large-scale retail logistics centers
- Experience in electronic security and leading trainings and developing research
- Experience in managing security companies (assignment of tasks, supervision of deployments, KPI compliance, budget management)
- Advanced skills in Excel and Sheets (Google)
