We are looking for a Senior Training Execution Analyst to join our team at Mercado Libre. You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of the strategy and training programs for the operation of the Mercado Libre Distribution Center, among other challenges.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineer / Bachelor's degree or professional in related fields
• Group management with ease of speech and experience in training, knowledge of requirements for STPS audits and observations on safety topics
• Data analysis and management, dominate Excel / Google Sheets
• Communication and information transmission skills, teamwork, and decision-making
• Availability of schedule and transfers between warehouses
