Requirements
- Academic Education: Professional in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Administration, with solid technical knowledge applicable to the sector.
- Experience in Complex Logistics: Proven track record of leading operations or logistics planning of high complexity, with preference in aerial, multimodal, or hub management environments.
- Financial Management and KPIs: Mastery of operational profitability (P&L, CAPEX/OPEX) and ability to manage performance through cost and service indicators.
