Requirements

• Knowing and applying security protocols, regulations, and procedures, as well as related physical security legislation.
• Identifying, evaluating, and managing risks and threats to implement preventive measures that ensure safe environments.
• Operating and supervising electronic security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access controls.
• Investigating and analyzing security incidents, using data and statistics to identify causes and propose improvements.
• Planning and coordinating emergency management and developing strategies for critical situation response.
• Leading, directing, and motivating security teams, promoting collaborative work and coordination with external suppliers.
• Developing and applying key professional skills such as effective communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, adaptability, and professional ethics.
