The Senior Vice President of Product Management is responsible for defining and executing the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all technology platforms and capabilities.
Requirements
- Own the product vision and roadmap aligned to company strategy, regulatory requirements, and growth objectives
- Drive data-informed product decisions that improve client, patient, and business outcomes
- Ensure disciplined, compliant product execution balancing speed, quality, security, and value
- Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies to maintain platform differentiation and scalability
- Build and scale a high-performing, globally minded product organization
- Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned to business strategy, go-to-market priorities, and customer needs
- Own product strategy and roadmap across core platforms, integrations, data, and patient-facing capabilities
- Align product strategy with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
- Identify market trends, customer needs, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform product direction
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable product outcomes (growth, adoption, retention, efficiency, patient impact)
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization
- Ensure strong discovery practices grounded in user research, customer insights, and data analytics
- Partner with Platform Engineering to define roadmap, tradeoffs, and technical priorities
- Partner with Client Technology Delivery to ensure products support scalable onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client operations
- Ensure roadmap commitments are realistic, prioritized, and aligned with delivery capacity
- Ensure products meet regulatory, security, privacy, and compliance standards appropriate for healthcare and regulated environments
- Partner with Compliance, Security, Legal, and Risk teams to embed controls into product design and delivery
- Anticipate and mitigate product-related risks, including regulatory, operational, and data risks
- Support audit readiness and ongoing compliance through disciplined product governance
- Leverage data and analytics to drive product prioritization, investment decisions, and outcome measurement
- Define and track product success metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue impact, operational efficiency)
- Ensure product teams use data to inform discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Lead innovation initiatives including new product concepts, platform extensions, and technology-enabled services
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, interoperability standards, and data platforms where relevant
- Establish frameworks for experimentation, pilots, MVPs, and rapid validation
- Balance incremental improvements with transformational innovation initiatives
- Engage with strategic customers and partners to validate needs and roadmap direction
- Support pre-sales, demos, and customer messaging in partnership with Sales and Marketing
- Communicate product strategy, progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executive leadership and the board
- Build, lead, and develop a best-in-class product management organization
- Define clear roles, decision rights, and operating rhythms across product teams
- Coach leaders and teams through change, growth, and increased scale
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity
- Establish product management standards, tools, and best practices
