Head of Product

Mercata is seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy, discovery, and execution. This role is customer-facing and involves deeply embedding the product in the company's product process, serving investment teams and fundamentally shaping Mercata's value proposition. The ideal candidate will have experience in Capital Markets Technology and build products used by buy-side analysts and PMs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management
• 4+ years of experience developing products in Capital Markets (Equity research, hedge funds, etc.)
• Experience shipping zero-to-one products in fast-moving teams
• Strong product judgment and customer discovery skills
• Experience building and leading product teams
• Ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
