Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation is looking for an intern to support in the conception and implementation of strategy, transformation, and change management projects. The role involves conducting market analyses, preparing strategy and transformation workshops, and documenting results.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Initial practical experience in strategy, organizational development, consulting, or transformation
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
