Facilities Manager (hybrid)

Join the facilities department of a fast-paced downtown Minneapolis law firm as a Facilities Manager. The role is responsible for managing the facilities function, including equipment, facilities, and support services related to maintenance and service of building/office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Law firm experience helpful
• Supervisory experience with vendors and/or employees preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation
• Self-motivated team player
• Outstanding attitude and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and comfort with change and ambiguity
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
