Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous customer support or consulting experience (plus, not required)
