Business Development and Reporting Manager

The Business Development and Reporting Manager will be responsible for reviewing donors' strategic priorities, identifying potential donors, and developing proposals and concept notes. They will also coordinate engagement with potential I/NGO partners and lead on the internal decision-making process for funding opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Development Studies, International Development, Social Sciences or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, donor scoping, proposal writing and donor engagement
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communications skills and exceptional ability to articulate complex issues
• Excellent writing and computer skills
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and under pressure
• Experience with major donors such as USAID, FCDO, EC, ECHO and others, as well as private sector funding
