Country Finance Manager| Addis Ababa

Mercy Corps is seeking a Country Finance Manager to lead the Finance Team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive financial management experience and a strong understanding of donor regulations. The role involves leading the Finance Team, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with Mercy Corps and donor policies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive financial management experience
• BA/S or equivalent in accounting or finance
• At least 4 years of experience in grants management
• At least 3 years of international experience
• Strong accounting skills and experience
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs
• Excellent oral and written English skills
• Prior management experience and strong organizational skills
