M&E Officer- Hyderabad

The M&E Officer will assist in preparation of MEL plans, project log frames and implementation to ensure adherence to Mercy Corps’ Minimum Standards. They will also support the M&E teams in designing/updating M&E tools, data collection and analysis, and conduct field monitoring visits to ensure data collection tools are properly used in the field.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences or equivalent
• 3-5 years of field experience in the social or development sector
• 2 years of experience in M&E, including field monitoring, desk monitoring, and working on different monitoring tools
• Strong knowledge of M&E principles is a must
• Experience working in a Global Funded program will be a plus
• Experience working in public health programs, especially the TB program, will be an advantage
