SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER- CASE FINDING

The Senior Program Manager - Case Finding will provide technical support and guidance in developing and revising operational and technical guidelines for both PPM and ECF components. The role will also oversee the expansion of GP and private hospital networks, installation of GeneXpert machines, and ensure quality diagnostic services at PPM laboratories as per the GC7 scope.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS) and/or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years' Experience in Public Health with 05 Years experience in managerial role in managing public health programs, preferably in TB control or similar health domains and in managing teams.
• Experience of working with an international organization is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TB control strategies and experience in developing technical and operational documents is a plus.
• Experience in implementing and scaling digital or technology-based health systems.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address data quality challenges effectively.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging implementing partners and government stakeholders.
• Experience in financial management of large-scale health projects.
