Requirements
- Strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Property management work experience and knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws (preferred)
- Knowledge of real estate property management applications (preferred)
