Job Description
Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers at Aviva Crossing in Tacoma, WA. The successful candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
Requirements
- Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical
- Clean apartments during turnover process, as directed
