Physician Assistant (PA) Vascular Surgery

Mercyhealth is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Vascular Surgery team in Rockford, IL. The PA will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a supervising physician, assisting with intra-operative procedures, administering tests, and managing patient care. This position offers a full-time opportunity within a vertically integrated health care organization.

Requirements

• Graduate of NCCPA approved Physician Assistant program
• Two years’ experience as surgical PA preferred
• Current certified status through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Obtain CME experience as required for re-certification by NCCPA
• Hold valid state license and CME credits for license renewal
• BLS and ACLS Certification
