Job Description
Mergon is hiring a Quality Tech for 3rd shift (12am - 8am) to perform quality checks on production and resolve non-adherence to quality procedures and specifications. The role involves maintaining calibration systems, administering cleanroom testing, and controlling quality documentation. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment, quality assurance, and excellent attention to detail.
Requirements
- Adhere to quality procedures and specifications
- Perform incoming and final investigations and take part in customer complaints, vendor & product investigations
- Issue batch documentation and verify line clearance
- Maintain calibration system
- Administering cleanroom testing
- Perform incoming and final inspection where required
- Control of all Quality Documentation
- Quality investigation and validation support
- Carry out production operator training
- Maintain Product Specification Manuals and drawings
- Control and monitoring of Suppliers
- Cleanroom testing
