Job Description
Meridian is seeking an Enterprise Technical Analyst to provide L1/L2 support for their enterprise customers. This hands-on technical resource will have a general understanding of infrastructure technologies and operating systems, with expertise in at least one core area. The role involves DR drill restores, backup data restoration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration of Commvault servers and related systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value of technology investments.

- 3+ years' experience as a technical IT resource
- Experience in Windows
- Experience in Linux/Unix
- Experience in Virtualization
- Experience in Storage (On-prem or cloud-based)
- Experience in SharePoint
