Accommodation Frontline Lead

We are recruiting for an Accommodation Front Line Lead to join our AWESOME Hotel Front of House Team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The role involves leading a team of Hotel Front of House Assistants, coaching and developing them to deliver excellent guest interaction and exceeding guest KPI targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role in a hotel or hospitality function, and be comfortable with heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a customer-facing role within a hotel or hospitality function
• Ideally, experience in a team leader function before, with ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous use of Opera PMS is advantageous
