Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for maintaining energy levels, cleanliness, and excellent guest experiences in the café and bar areas of LEGOLAND Discovery Center New Jersey. This role requires leading and inspiring a team, managing inventory, ensuring food safety, and maintaining excellent standards. The supervisor will drive sales, monitor KPIs, and handle challenges as they arise.

Requirements

• Manage operation of counter service café or bar
• Train and inspire team to deliver awesome guest experiences
• Ensure all stock control and inventory processes
• Ensure effective utilization of cost and order management systems
• Ensure all cleaning and hygiene standards are met
• Ensure all local food licenses are always maintained
• Develop and manage Host schedules
• Forecast staffing needs
• Manage queues and guest flow
• Respond to issues and communicate between departments
