Rides Engineering Technician

Job Title: Ride Engineering Technician Division: Maintenance Reports to: Ride Maintenance Supervision Job Summary: Performs maintenance on ride equipment, ensuring safety and security. Operates simple machine tools, maintains clean work areas, and adheres to established procedures.

Requirements

• Four years of experience in installing, maintaining, and servicing of electromechanical equipment as a journeyman/technician
• Considerable knowledge of practices, tools, and equipment used to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rides and other electromechanical equipment
• Ability to read and evaluate reports and correspondence, basic math skills, and a general knowledge of all types of lubricants
• Ability to react under pressure or in an emergency in a calm and rational manner
• Friendly, polite, customer service oriented demeanour
