Job Description
Merlin is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of their autonomy technology and support initiatives for military aircraft. This role involves cross-functional alignment, technical execution, and stakeholder management, with a focus on accelerating autonomy, supporting the warfighter, and redefining aviation. The position operates within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs within aerospace, defense, or autonomy.
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated hardware-software systems.
- Expert-level project management skills.
- Strong communicator (articulate, concise, and adaptable).
- US Secret Security Clearance (USGS or equivalent).
- Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
