The Manufacturing Engineering Manager oversees the manufacturing engineering team, leads technical support activities, and drives continuous improvement in a cGMP environment. They are responsible for setting an example of safety and compliance, training and coaching team members, and making decisions based on technical expertise.

Requirements

• BS or MS in mechanical engineering
• 5-10 years' experience in a cGMP environment
• Minimum four (4) years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Two (2) years direct Engineering Management experience in a regulated environment
