Job Description
Mesabi Metallics is seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and execution of structural components for steel industry projects, including iron ore mining, beneficiation, pelletization, and downstream iron & steel making. The role involves leading structural engineering efforts, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support during construction.
Requirements
- 7 to 15 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of structural design for heavy industrial projects.
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software.
- In-depth understanding of US codes and standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
