SENIOR or LATERAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

Messerli Kramer, a leading full-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney to manage heavy real estate transactions. The firm offers a strong reputation within the business community and provides comprehensive legal advice across a variety of practice groups, including Banking and Finance, Business Litigation, and Commercial Real Estate. This role focuses on commercial leasing, sale/acquisition, finance and real estate development transactions.

Requirements

• Handle heavy deal volume within the corporate and real estate teams.
• Manage real estate due diligence for sale and purchase and financing transactions.
• Manage complex closings of real estate sale and purchase deals.
• Effective negotiations experience in complex real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting experience of purchase and sales agreements related to complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Solid legal writing skills, analytical and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
