Messerli Kramer is a top-20 law firm in Minnesota seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join their Corporate and M&A group. The successful candidate will manage corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and have strong legal writing skills, analytical and ability to build relationships.

Requirements

• Five plus years of transactional experience with corporate mergers and acquisitions as a licensed attorney
• Ability to handle heavy transactional deal volume and collaboration within the corporate team
• Must have strong legal writing skills, analytical and ability to build relationships
