Meta is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Monetization Business Development team. In this role, you will identify, structure, and execute strategic partnerships that drive growth and monetization across Meta's products and platforms.
Requirements
- Define and execute Meta's partnership strategy, identifying high-value opportunities that align with long-term business objectives
- Lead end-to-end deal processes including opportunity identification, term sheet development, negotiation, and execution of complex agreements
- Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, finance, and policy teams to structure deals that are technically feasible, commercially sound, and legally compliant
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and whitespace opportunities that inform partnership priorities
- Drive internal alignment on partnership strategy by presenting recommendations and business cases to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate complex partner and market dynamics into actionable strategic recommendations that influence product roadmaps and go-to-market plans
