Manager, Technical Program Management

Manage technical program deliverables, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive cross-functional execution. Define key metrics, track quality and performance indicators, and provide hands-on program management. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment.

Requirements

• Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators, and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment.
• Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform risk identification and management for programs.
• Provide day today coordination for projects and tasks.
• Help drive process and communications improvements across multiple teams and functions both internal and external.
