Business Operations Manager (Commercial Operations)

We're looking for a high-powered generalist to own and run our commercial operations, responsible for systems and processes that underpin how we contract with customers and manage commercial risk.

Requirements

• Partner with external counsel and our Sales team to identify and mitigate business risks during contract reviews
• Maintain and update contract templates, terms of service, privacy policies, and related documents
• Improve and maintain systems that support our commercial operations
• Drive compliance-enhancement projects to reduce risk and expand our ability to serve regulated and enterprise customers
