Job Description
Metaforms is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure that powers their AI automation platform. The role is foundational and requires designing and implementing multi-tenant, multi-region, and customer-managed (BYOC) deployment models to support global research agencies and enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Platform, Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineering at B2B SaaS companies
- Proven experience with multi-tenant SaaS and customer-managed deployments (BYOC)
- Deep expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Strong background in multi-region architecture and data residency requirements
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Built and managed CI/CD pipelines for large-scale production systems
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and SLAs
