Job Description
Metaforms is a company that is redefining market research with an AI platform that empowers leading research agencies to scale faster while maintaining quality. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale the backend systems powering our AI copilots and automation tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend / Full Stack Engineer
- Expert in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Strong understanding of API design, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience building production-grade SaaS or automation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for shipping high-quality, scalable systems
