Job Description
MetaPhase is seeking a Product Manager to join their team, focusing on a public-facing .gov website. The role involves managing product scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, deliver accessible features, and guide product development through Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years leading digital projects or products, including 3+ years as a product manager for web platforms
- Proven success delivering public facing websites at scale, roadmap ownership, and iterative releases
- Strong Agile practice, story writing, estimation, backlog refinement, release planning, and risk management
- Working knowledge of accessibility practices, Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA
- Familiarity with USWDS and modern web stacks
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
