Job Description
AI Engineer responsible for designing and implementing multi-agent systems for financial workflows, fine-tuning and deploying large language models, and optimizing model serving latency and throughput.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with LLM integration and optimization
- Deep knowledge of FP16/mixed precision training and inference
- Production experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Hands-on with transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in CUDA programming and GPU optimization
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)
- Multi-agent system design and orchestration
- Reinforcement learning for agent training
- Vector databases and retrieval systems
- Kubernetes and Docker for model deployment
- MLOps pipelines and model versioning
- Distributed computing and model parallelism
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) ML services
- Expert-level Python with ML/AI libraries
- Strong software engineering practices
- API design and microservices architecture
- Performance profiling and optimization
