Maintenance Technician

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handyman for a residential high-rise in Barrie, ON. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and repair general common area issues, handle basic repairs and maintenance, and perform preventative maintenance and minor fixes.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot general common area repairs
• Repair and replace general hardware
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance in residential apartments and common area
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor fixes
• Ability to request and supervise contractors
• Highly observant and responsive
• Ability to solve problems
• Good time management
• Knowledge of electrical work
• Knowledge of plumbing work
• Good knowledge of carpentry work
• Positive attitude to work
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to follow instructions
