Job Description
You will be responsible for independent processing of international customer orders, from order receipt to delivery, in close cooperation with various departments. You will be the point of contact for customers and will continuously review and improve order management processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable education
- Professional experience in order processing is an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Independent and structured approach to work with a high degree of responsibility and reliability
- Pleasant manner with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in our technical environment and products
