Job Description
Lab Jig Designer will design dedicated equipment for lab testing, coordinate with tool-shop or sub-contractors, assemble, repair, set and maintain new and existing jigs, and meet customer deadlines within pre-set budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Knowledge of CAD software (Pro Engineer / Creo)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of machining processes (CNC / conventional milling machines, lathe, wire-cut, spark erosion)
- Flexibility and multitasking ability
- Hands-on approach
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
