8+ years of experience in Human Resources with emphasis in labor relations, including 5+ years management experience
Mechanical Foreman
High school diploma, 5 years of bus maintenance experience, 2 years of lead/supervisory experience or CAP completion
Temporary- Traction Power Tech. (SkillBridge Active U.S. Military Service Members only)
Associates degree in electrical/Electronic Technology or successful completion of an appropriate department of Labor accredited apprenticeship program. Previous experience in journey level electrical and/or electronic maintenance experience. Texas Class B Commercial Driver’s License with air brake endorsement within one year of hire date
Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician
High school diploma/GED required, 3+ years HVAC experience, and knowledge of HVAC systems, including residential and commercial installation/maintenance. Prior experience installing/maintaining and repairing ventilation/air conditioning systems, as well as safety inspections, is required
Supervisor Staffing
BS or higher degree preferred, 5+ years HR experience, 3+ years supervisory/management experience, and recruitment process skills are needed. HR certifications such as SHRM or HRCI certification are a plus
Police Officer
High school diploma, 21 years of age, valid TCOLE License and valid Texas Driver's License
Service Supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in transportation operations, and valid CDL required
Communication Liaison Operator I
High school diploma, 3+ years of customer service experience, and 3+ years of dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment
Communication Liaison Operator
High school diploma or GED, 3+ years of dispatch experience, and TCOLE Basic Certification
Traction Power Technician
Associate's degree or equivalent apprenticeship or high school diploma with an appropriate apprenticeship. 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience, especially traction power systems, preferred. Must have a Texas Class B Commercial Driver's License
