Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Telesales and support our newly created Key Account team to strengthen our sales activities for the French market. The role involves consulting business customers, such as hotels and restaurants, to find the right products for their needs and providing administrative support to the Key Account team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales in a telephone-based role or in a support role for key account managers
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or catering industry (HoReCa), or with related equipment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner on the phone
- Ideally, experience in telesales or customer service (phone-based)
- A hands-on attitude and motivation to improve customer satisfaction
- Interest in gastronomy and technical product solutions
- Native-level French and good English skills
