METRO Markets is seeking a skilled Senior UX / UI Designer to shape the customer journey of their B2B e-commerce marketplace, focusing on the Checkout and After-Sales Solutions areas. This role involves leading UX and UI design for key post-purchase experiences, ensuring seamless and reliable customer interactions across various touchpoints. Requirements
- Lead end-to-end UX and UI design.
- Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams in a product trio setup.
