CRM Specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our CRM team and help elevate our customer communication to the next level by planning, building, and optimizing automated CRM campaigns, newsletters and ad-hoc send-outs across multiple channels and markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM campaign execution and automation
• Very strong analytical skills
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of HTML for email and templating languages such as Jinja
• Strong understanding of email and multi-channel CRM best practices, personalization, and lifecycle communication
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Bloomreach or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, tech, data, commercial, and country teams
