Team Lead Business Intelligence (m/f/d)

As the Team Lead Business Intelligence, you will lead and support a team of BI Analysts while actively contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality analytics and Power BI solutions across our B2B marketplace.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including schema modelling, DAX, Power Query, visualization/UX and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of commercial KPIs, marketplace dynamics, and turning data into business outcomes.
• Solid SQL skills and a strong understanding of data architecture and ETL/ELT processes; modern data stacks (e.g. dbt, ClickHouse).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams across multiple business domains.
• Structured, analytical working style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
