Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 1 year of sales experience (F2F and/or telemarketing)
• Basic supervisory experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic critical thinking
• Basic presentation skills
• Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in the use of digital tools to carry out automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Results-driven, hardworking, willing to learn and with pleasing personality
• Adaptable to different scenarios and can readily pivot
• Professional demeanor, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Willing to extend hours, work on weekends and holidays
• Willing to go on fieldwork and engage
