Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Production Support, Application Support and Vendor Coordination
- Programming Languages: C++, C#,.NET
- Knowledgeable in the following: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Interprocess: TCP/IP, Inbuilt File transfer: TCP/IP/ SFTP, Plugin – Acrobat Reader, Web technologies – ASP.Net, IIS, Internet Explorer and Major Browsers, Web services and XML
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- Client L1/L2 Support and Service Management experience would be an added advantage
- Experience or Knowledge of Banking Domain would be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable on ITIL process would be an added advantage
