OSP Field Supervisor

Join Metronet as an OSP Field Supervisor and be part of the frontline team responsible for accurate and safe construction of Metronet's network to our standards. This role involves various responsibilities, including inspection, investigation, leadership, and management of construction crews, as well as responding to neighborhood complaints.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to five years related experience and/or training
• Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Quality control and/or outside aerial plant construction experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communications and diplomacy skills
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
