Metropolis is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support the operations of their parking sites, overseeing a team of hourly employees and ensuring adherence to Premier standards. This role involves managing team performance, customer service, financial matters, maintenance, and safety. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with clients to define performance metrics and execute them.

Requirements

• Manage a team of hourly employees
• Schedule shifts and verify time and attendance tracking
• Plan, organize and manage work of hourly team members
• Interview, hire and develop team members
• Create, implement, and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting
• Control spending and keep expenses within approved budget
• Conduct safety audits and coaching
• Maintain client operational documentation
