Requirements
- Ability to work in-office 4 days a week (Soho or Midtown)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3-5 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and HR contribution to business success
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
