Job Description
Metrobank is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRMG) to collaborate with Business Unit Heads on People and Organizational agendas, ensuring alignment with the Institution's HR strategy. The role involves developing and implementing programs related to plantilla management, talent acquisition, employee relations, policy interpretation and application, and organizational development. It requires a proactive approach to culture enhancement, workforce management, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
- Strong working background in HR Management and HR best practices
- Demonstrated project and people management skills
- Experienced and effective in addressing cultural change and transformation
- Immersed in strategic thinking, development and execution
